Indy Eleven Pro Academy Announces Player Identification Series

The Indy Eleven Pro Academy is excited to announce the launch of its Player Identification Series, an expanded initiative aimed at identifying top players for the Indy Eleven MLS NEXT pathway (U13–U19) and the Indy Eleven Pro Academy U12 team for the 2026–2027 season.
The Player Identification Series will provide multiple opportunities for players to be evaluated by Indy Eleven Pro Academy staff as the club continues building its academy teams for the upcoming season.
U12 Spring Tryouts – 2026/27 Season
The Player Identification Series will include the U12 Spring Tryouts, which will serve as the primary evaluation opportunity for players seeking placement on the Indy Eleven Pro Academy U12 team for the 2026–2027 season.
The U12 team represents the first stage of the Indy Eleven professional academy pathway, providing elite players with a high-level training and competition environment as they prepare for potential progression into the MLS NEXT platform.
U12 Spring Tryout Information
Eligible Birth Dates: August 1, 2014 – July 31, 2016
Tryout Dates:
Monday, May 11 — 6:00–7:30 PM
Monday, May 18 — 6:00–7:30 PM

Player Identification Sessions – U13–U19
The series will also include invite-only Player Identification Sessions for players in the U13 through U19 age groups.
These sessions will allow Indy Eleven Pro Academy staff to evaluate players for potential placement within the Indy Eleven MLS NEXT platform, including both:
MLS NEXT Homegrown Division (Birth year age groups; no high school soccer participation)
MLS NEXT Academy Division (School year age groups; accommodates high school soccer participation)
Players who have not yet been recruited by Indy Eleven Pro Academy staff are encouraged to complete the Indy Eleven Recruitment Form for consideration.

All submissions will be reviewed by the academy staff, and selected players may be invited to participate in the Player Identification Series.

The Player Identification Series represents an important step in the continued growth of the Indy Eleven Pro Academy and its commitment to identifying and developing top players from across Indiana and the surrounding region.
Through this expanded identification process, the academy aims to continue strengthening its MLS NEXT program while building a clear pathway for talented players to develop within the Indy Eleven professional environment.
